Delivery Coverage

We deliver across India, with the exception of some remote areas that may not be serviced by our courier partners. We have partnered with trusted delivery services to ensure that your orders reach you safely. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your specific location, please contact our Customer Service team at support@gatewayofindia.com before placing your order.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders totaling Rs. 999 or more.
  • Flat Shipping Fee: For orders below Rs. 999, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 65 will apply, regardless of your location within India.

Order Confirmation and Shipping Process

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. Once your payment is processed, our Customer Service team will call you to confirm your order and delivery address. This additional confirmation step ensures that all order details are accurate, helping us avoid potential shipping issues.

  • Orders placed before 4 PM on working days will be shipped within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM, on Sundays, or public holidays will be shipped within 48 hours.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with shipping details.


Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 working days from the date of shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.


What If My Order is Delayed?

Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

Please note that delivery delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., political unrest, severe weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters) may occur. Gateway of India will keep you informed of any delays and work to get your order to you as soon as possible.
